Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Museum Shop at 1-888-826-5678 within 30 days for an exchange or refund. 

All returns must be pre-approved before sending and exchanges are subjected to a $10.00 exchange fee. The exchange fee covers the return shipping, new shipping, and restocking expenses. For returns - customers can mail the item back to the museum and a refund will be issued as soon as the item is received.

It is recommended that a copy of your receipt or a copy of your invoice is included in your exchange or return and all items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time the Museum Shop receives the returned item for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
